絶品です。生まれは佐久で、東京在住の者ですが、生涯では昔食べた叔母の畑のボソボソした打ち立て蕎麦が一番でしたが、店では今のところここが一番です。喉越しより旨味、香り重視です。戸隠蕎麦などは何が美味しいのか理解できないタイプです。何やら悪いコメントを書いている方がいらっしゃいますが、何かワケがあるのでしょう。
